The Napa Valley Art Association holds an open painting workshop this afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m. at its Napa location on Behrens Street. Association membership is $35 a year, which helps fund education and exhibition opportunities for local artists as well as art scholarships for students at local high schools and Napa Valley College.
