Reggae in the Valley Festival on April 24th is offering a Pre-Party on Thursday, April 22nd for fans to get a chance to meet two international artists in-person, Ras Indio from Belize and Ky-Enie from Jamaica, and Napa Valley's C.R. Vibes with live musical performances. The event will be at Bloom on Main Street in Downtown Napa from 7:30pm - 10pm. Crew Meeting is from 7:30pm-8pm and the "Pre-Party" is from 8-10pm.

The mandatory Crew Member meeting is from 7:30pm-8pm. Doors open to the public at 8pm.
